Is there a per-minute or per-call charge?
No. Your price is flat. Each plan includes a generous monthly call allowance ("fair use"). If you consistently exceed it, we simply move you to the right plan. You will never get a surprise per-minute bill.
How do you count staff if we have multiple offices?
By total staff across all your offices, on one account. We don't charge per location, locations are free. One system covers them all.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Move up or down as your firm changes. Annual plans get two months free.
What's the setup fee for?
Boutique and up include a one-time $500 setup for white-glove onboarding — we wire your numbers, calendars, and software for you. Solo is self-serve and free to set up.
Can I try it first?
Solo comes with a 14-day free trial. For larger firms we run a live demo (and a pilot when it makes sense), so you see it working in your own setup before you commit.
